  • We are aware users are currently experiencing intermittent connectivity issues with HTTP (Apache). Earlier today, we applied a fix which temporarily resolved the issue however we are aware the issue is still persisting and we are actively investigating. We will provide a further update as soon as possible.

    UPDATE - 09/11/2018, 10:30 Europe/London: We are aware of reports of intermittent dropped connections/monitoring alerts. We are actively investigating this.

    09/11/2018, 18:00 Europe/London: We have isolated this issue to a bug in mod_mpm_event, to temporarily resolve this issue until an appropriate bug fix is released, the server is now utilising mod_mpm_prefork instead. We will switch the server back to use mod_mpm_event as soon as possible.
