We will be carrying out an operating system upgrade on our Proxmox node as part of planned maintenance. During this time, your VPS and any associated services (such as websites, email, or databases) will be temporarily inaccessible.The maintenance is scheduled to begin at 20:00 BST on 21/08/2025, and is expected to be completed by 22:00 BST. We do not anticipate downtime exceeding two hours, and in most cases, the process should be completed within one hour.
As with any OS upgrade, there is a small risk of data loss. Although we maintain backups as a precaution, we strongly recommend that you take a full backup of your VPS before the scheduled upgrade.
A reminder will be sent 24 hours in advance.
